Arina Tanemura, born on March twelfth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a celebrated Japanese manga artist, illustrator, and character designer. She made her professional debut in the manga industry in nineteen ninety-six with the one-shot titled The Style of the Second Love, published in the shōjo manga magazine Ribon Original. Her first series, I.O.N, followed in nineteen ninety-seven, appearing in the main Ribon magazine.

Tanemura rose to prominence in the late nineteen nineties through the mid-two thousands, captivating audiences with her popular series such as Phantom Thief Jeanne, Full Moon o Sagashite, and The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross. Her unique art style and the recurring themes of young girls transforming into the women they aspire to be have solidified her reputation in the shōjo manga genre.

In addition to her manga publications, Tanemura has ventured into music, releasing two independent studio albums featuring songs inspired by her characters. She has also contributed her artistic talents as a character designer for various media projects, including the popular series Idolish7.
