Arnold Mühren

Arnold Mühren, born on June second, nineteen fifty-one, is a distinguished Dutch football manager and former midfielder. He carved out a remarkable career in football, not only as a player but also as a coach, leaving an indelible mark on the sport.

Hailing from a footballing family, Mühren's older brother, Gerrie, also made his mark as a midfielder, famously winning three European Cup titles with Ajax in the early seventies. Arnold himself is celebrated for his exceptional achievements, being one of the few players to have triumphed in all three major UEFA-organised club competitions.

His illustrious career includes winning the European Cup in nineteen seventy-two to seventy-three and the UEFA Cup in nineteen eighty to eighty-one with Ipswich Town. Additionally, he secured the Cup Winners' Cup in nineteen eighty-six to eighty-seven, showcasing his versatility and skill across different teams and competitions.
