Arnold Peralta was a talented Honduran footballer, born on March twenty-nine, nineteen eighty-nine, who made his mark as a defensive midfielder. He began his professional journey with Vida in two thousand eight, showcasing his skills and determination on the field.
In two thousand thirteen, Peralta took a significant step in his career by joining the Scottish club Rangers. During his time there, he contributed to the team's success, helping them secure the Scottish League One title in the two thousand thirteen to fourteen season. However, after being released in January two thousand fifteen, he returned to Honduras to play for Olimpia.
On the international stage, Peralta earned twenty-six caps for the Honduras national football team, making his debut in two thousand eleven. He represented his country at the two thousand twelve Olympics, although an injury prevented him from being part of the squad for the two thousand fourteen FIFA World Cup.
Tragically, Arnold Peralta's life was cut short when he was shot dead on December tenth, two thousand fifteen, in his hometown of La Ceiba. His legacy lives on, and he was laid to rest in the Jardines de Paz Ceibeños cemetery.
