Arthur Zimmermann

Arthur Zimmermann, born on October fifth, eighteen sixty-four, was a prominent figure in the political and diplomatic landscape of the German Empire. He served as the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs from November twenty-second, nineteen sixteen, until his resignation on August sixth, nineteen seventeen.
