Wagner's illustrious career includes being a three-time U.S. national champion, winning titles in two thousand twelve, two thousand thirteen, and two thousand fifteen. Additionally, she triumphed at the 2012 Four Continents Championships and is a three-time medalist at the Grand Prix Final, securing one silver and two bronze medals. Her impressive tally of thirteen Grand Prix medals includes five gold, three silver, and five bronze.

At the junior level, Wagner showcased her talent by becoming a two-time World Junior bronze medalist in two thousand seven and two thousand nine. She also earned a silver medal at the 2006-07 Junior Grand Prix Final and claimed two gold medals in the Junior Grand Prix series, along with a bronze medal at the 2007 U.S. junior championships.
