Skujytė's Olympic journey is highlighted by her silver medal win in the heptathlon at the two thousand four Athens Games, followed by a bronze medal at the two thousand twelve London Olympics. The latter was awarded retrospectively after the disqualification of original medalist Tatyana Chernova due to doping violations in two thousand sixteen.
