Awer Mabil

Awer Mabil, born on September fifteenth, nineteen ninety-five, is a talented professional soccer player who currently plays as a winger for the Segunda División club CD Castellón. His journey began as a South Sudanese refugee in Kenya, and he has since risen to represent the Australia national team, showcasing his remarkable skills on an international stage.

Mabil's soccer career took off at the South Australian National Training Centre, followed by his time with Adelaide United. He made his senior debut with Campbelltown City before stepping into the spotlight of the A-League with Adelaide United in two thousand thirteen, marking the beginning of a promising professional career.

Beyond the pitch, Mabil is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. He is a co-founder of the humanitarian charity Barefoot to Boots, which focuses on improving health, education, and gender equality among refugees. The organization also aims to equip young refugees with essential sports equipment, empowering them through sports.
