Ayaz Mutallibov

Ayaz Mutallibov, born on May twelfth, nineteen thirty-eight, was a prominent Azerbaijani politician who played a pivotal role in the country's transition from Soviet rule to independence. Despite his initial success, Mutallibov's presidency faced challenges, particularly when he attempted to cancel the upcoming presidential election in May nineteen ninety-two. This decision led to his ousting from power, highlighting the volatile nature of Azerbaijani politics during this transformative era.
