Azali Assoumani

Azali Assoumani, born on January first, nineteen fifty-nine, is a prominent Comorian politician and military officer. He first rose to power in nineteen ninety-nine after orchestrating a coup d'état, marking the beginning of his influential political career.

Assoumani served as the seventh President of the Comoros from two thousand two to two thousand six and resumed the presidency in two thousand sixteen.
