Baba Vanga

Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova, widely known as Baba Vanga, was born on October 3, 1911, in Bulgaria. From a young age, she faced significant challenges, becoming blind during her teenage years. Despite this adversity, she emerged as a prominent figure in the realm of mysticism and healing, claiming to possess extraordinary abilities to foresee the future.

Throughout her life, Baba Vanga resided primarily in the Rupite area of the Belasica mountains, where she cultivated her reputation as a clairvoyant. During the Cold War, her fame spread across Eastern Europe, as many sought her insights and predictions. Her unique perspective and alleged precognitive abilities attracted a diverse following, solidifying her status as a notable mystic.

Even after her passing on August 11, 1996, Baba Vanga's legacy continued to thrive. The fall of communism did not diminish her influence; instead, her persona gained renewed interest, captivating the imaginations of many.
