Badr Hari

Badr Hari, born on December eighth, nineteen eighty-four, in Amsterdam, is a renowned Dutch-Moroccan professional kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter. He made his professional debut in the year two thousand, quickly gaining recognition for his aggressive and explosive fighting style.

In two thousand two, Hari achieved significant milestones by becoming the WPKL Dutch Muay Thai champion and clinching the title at The Eight Tournament. His career reached new heights in two thousand seven when he became the K-1 Heavyweight World Champion, defeating Yusuke Fujimoto by knockout in just fifty-six seconds. He successfully defended his title twice against Doug Viney and Ray Sefo before losing it to Remy Bonjasky by disqualification in two thousand eight.

Hari continued to make waves in the kickboxing world, reaching the final of the K-1 World Grand Prix for the second time in two thousand nine. That same year, he became the It's Showtime Heavyweight World Champion, defending his title against Mourad Bouzidi before losing it to Hesdy Gerges in May two thousand ten by disqualification. However, in two thousand fourteen, he made a comeback by winning the GFC Fight Series 1 Heavyweight Tournament Championship, defeating Peter Graham by technical knockout in the first round.

Despite his success in the ring, Hari's career has been marred by controversy. He faced a two-year suspension from kickboxing in two thousand twelve due to assault charges and has been involved in multiple police investigations for violent behavior, including incidents involving his partner. In two thousand sixteen, he made his Glory debut in a highly anticipated match against Heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven, which he lost by technical knockout due to an arm injury in the second round.
