Baekhyun

Byun Baek-hyun, born on May 6, 1992, is a multifaceted South Korean artist renowned for his contributions as a singer, actor, and model. He gained prominence as a member of the iconic boy band Exo, where he showcased his exceptional vocal talent and stage presence. Baekhyun is also part of Exo-K and the subunit Exo-CBX, further solidifying his status in the K-pop industry.

In 2019, Baekhyun took on the role of leader in the supergroup SuperM, a project that brought together some of the most talented artists in the genre. His journey as a solo artist began the same year with the release of his debut extended play, City Lights. This remarkable work sold more than half-a-million copies, making it the best-selling album by a solo artist in South Korea during the 2010s.

Following the success of City Lights, Baekhyun released two more million-selling EPs: Delight in 2020, which marked a significant milestone as the first album by a solo artist in South Korea to surpass one million copies in nineteen years, and Bambi in 2021. His innovative approach to music and performance has earned him the title of 'Genius Idol' and recognition at the Mnet Asian Music Awards, where he won three consecutive awards for Best Male Artist from 2019 to 2021.
