Baratarna, also known as Barattarna, Parattarna, Paršatar, or Parshatatar, holds the distinguished title of the first known King of Mitanni. His reign is estimated to have occurred during the middle chronology, specifically between approximately one thousand five hundred ten and one thousand four hundred ninety BC, as noted by J. A.
