Barbara Pompili

Barbara Pompili, born on June thirteenth, nineteen seventy-five, is a prominent French politician known for her significant contributions to environmental policy. She served as the Minister of the Ecological Transition under Prime Minister Jean Castex from two thousand twenty to two thousand twenty-two, showcasing her commitment to sustainable development and ecological issues.

Her political journey began with her representation of the 2nd constituency of Somme in the National Assembly, where she served from two thousand twelve to two thousand sixteen, then again from two thousand seventeen to two thousand twenty, and most recently from two thousand twenty-two to two thousand twenty-three. Pompili's political affiliations have evolved over the years; she was a member of The Greens from two thousand to two thousand ten and later joined Europe Ecology – The Greens until two thousand fifteen.
