Barbu Catargiu

Barbu Catargiu, born on October twenty-sixth, eighteen oh seven, was a prominent figure in Romanian politics and journalism. He made history as the first Prime Minister of Romania in eighteen sixty-two, a role he held until his untimely assassination on June eighth of the same year.
