Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Becky Lynch

Rebecca Quin, born on January 30, 1987, is an acclaimed Irish professional wrestler, actor, and stunt performer, widely recognized by her ring name, Becky Lynch. Since signing with WWE in April 2013, she has made a significant impact on the Raw brand and is often celebrated as one of the greatest women's professional wrestlers in history.

Quin's journey in wrestling began in 2002, initially competing in Ireland and occasionally teaming with her brother under the name Rebecca Knox. Her talent quickly took her across Europe and North America, where she wrestled for various independent promotions, notably becoming the inaugural SuperGirls Champion in 2005 with Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling. However, a severe head injury in 2006 sidelined her for several years.

After her return in 2012, Quin signed with WWE and was assigned to NXT. She made her mark on the main roster by becoming the inaugural SmackDown Women's Champion at Backlash 2016, a title she has held five times. In 2018, she reinvented her character, adopting a more aggressive persona and dubbing herself 'The Man,' which resonated with fans and significantly boosted her popularity.

In 2019, Lynch won the Royal Rumble and made history at WrestleMania 35 by becoming the first woman to hold both the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships simultaneously, marking a pivotal moment in WWE history as it was the first time a women's match headlined the event. After a maternity leave in May 2020, she returned in August 2021, quickly reclaiming her status by defeating Bianca Belair to become a four-time SmackDown Women's Champion.

Her accolades continued into 2023, where she became WWE's Sixth Women's Triple Crown Champion and later, the sixth Women's Grand Slam Champion after winning the NXT Women's Championship. In 2025, she set a record for the longest reign as WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion at one hundred sixty-three days, and in 2026, she became a two-time champion, further solidifying her legacy in the wrestling world.
