Benjamin Pavard

Benjamin Pavard, born on March 28, 1996, is a distinguished French professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for Ligue 1 club Marseille, on loan from Serie A club Inter Milan. Known for his versatility, Pavard primarily operates as a centre-back but is also adept at playing as a right-back.

Pavard's football journey began at Lille in Ligue 1, where he showcased his talent before making a significant move to VfB Stuttgart in 2016. His first season with Stuttgart was marked by success as he helped the team secure the 2. Bundesliga title. In January 2019, he transitioned to Bayern Munich, a move that was finalized following Stuttgart's relegation at the end of that season.

During his time at Bayern Munich, Pavard achieved remarkable success, contributing to a historic sextuple in 2020 that included victories in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, Champions League, DFL-Supercup, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup. In the summer of 2023, he joined Inter Milan, where he celebrated winning the Serie A title in his debut season. However, in 2025, he returned to France, joining Marseille on loan.

On the international stage, Pavard made his debut for the France national team in November 2017.
