Bernardito Auza

Bernardito Auza, born on June tenth, nineteen fifty-nine, is a distinguished Filipino prelate of the Catholic Church. Currently, he serves as the Apostolic Nuncio to the European Union, a role he assumed on March twenty-second, twenty twenty-five. His extensive career within the Church has been marked by significant diplomatic engagements.

Before his current appointment, Auza was deeply involved in the diplomatic service of the Holy See. Notably, he held the position of Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations from two thousand fourteen to two thousand nineteen, where he represented the interests and values of the Catholic Church on a global stage.
