Bertrand St-Arnaud, born on September thirteenth, nineteen fifty-eight, is a prominent figure in Quebec's political landscape. He served as a member of the National Assembly of Quebec, representing the riding of Chambly after his election in the two thousand eight provincial election. His political journey took a turn in the two thousand fourteen general election when he was defeated by Coalition Avenir Quebec candidate Jean-Francois Roberge.

Before entering politics, St-Arnaud practiced law from nineteen eighty-seven until two thousand, and again in two thousand five. His career also included significant roles in government, such as serving as the press secretary for the Premier of Quebec's Cabinet in nineteen eighty-five. He contributed to intergovernmental affairs and worked for the Library of the National Assembly of Quebec, as well as holding the position of Cabinet director for the Minister of International Relations from two thousand to two thousand three.
