This includes four golds in the K-1 500 m, K-1 1000 m, K-4 500 m, and K-4 1000 m events, as well as five silvers and two bronzes, showcasing his versatility and dominance in the sport.

His remarkable achievements in nineteen ninety-seven, where he won three gold medals at the World Championships, earned him the prestigious title of Hungarian Sportsman of the Year.
