Brad Tapper

Brad Tapper, born on April twenty-eighth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a distinguished Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. He made his mark in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a right winger for the Atlanta Thrashers, where he showcased his skills over parts of three seasons.

After concluding his playing career, Tapper transitioned into coaching, where he has remained actively involved in the sport. His coaching journey has taken him across various professional hockey organizations in the United States, Canada, and Germany, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to the game.

Currently, he serves as the head coach of HC Slovan Bratislava in Slovakia, a role that highlights his leadership and strategic acumen. Prior to this, he was a co-trainer with ERC Ingolstadt in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) and held the position of head coach for the Iserlohn Roosters, also in the DEL.

Tapper's coaching experience is extensive, having worked with teams such as the Grand Rapids Griffins in the American Hockey League (AHL) and the Adirondack Thunder in the ECHL, where he served as head coach for a year. His background also includes assistant coaching roles with the Rochester Americans, Chicago Wolves, Orlando Solar Bears, and Florida Everblades, further solidifying his reputation in the hockey community.
