Brandon Lewis, born on June twentieth, nineteen seventy-one, is a prominent British politician and lawyer. He has held various significant positions throughout his career, including serving as Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor for a brief period in September to October twenty twenty-two. A dedicated member of the Conservative Party, Lewis represented Great Yarmouth as a Member of Parliament from two thousand ten until two thousand twenty-four.
Lewis's political journey began after his education at the independent Forest School and the University of Buckingham, where he studied economics before completing his master's degree at King's College London. His career in public service started as a councillor on Brentwood Borough Council from nineteen ninety-eight to two thousand nine, where he also served as the council leader from two thousand four to two thousand nine.
His parliamentary career took off when he was elected as the MP for Great Yarmouth in the two thousand ten general election.
