Bret Hart, born on July second, nineteen fifty-seven, is a Canadian-American retired professional wrestler renowned for his significant contributions to the wrestling industry. A member of the illustrious Hart wrestling family, he began his journey in the ring as a referee in his father's promotion, Stampede Wrestling, in nineteen seventy-six, before making his in-ring debut in nineteen seventy-eight. With a solid amateur wrestling background from Ernest Manning High School and Mount Royal College, Hart quickly established himself as a major international draw in professional wrestling.

Throughout the late nineteen eighties and nineties, Hart gained immense popularity in the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE), where he led The Hart Foundation stable.
