Brie Larson

Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers, known to the world as Brie Larson, was born on October 1, 1989. An accomplished American actress, singer, film director, and screenwriter, Larson has made a significant mark in both independent films and major blockbusters. Her impressive body of work has earned her numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Primetime Emmy Award. In 2019, Time magazine recognized her as one of the 100 most influential people globally.

Larson's journey in the arts began at a young age; at just six years old, she became the youngest student admitted to the American Conservatory Theater's training program. She launched her acting career in 1998 with a comedy sketch on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Her early television roles included a regular part in the sitcom Raising Dad (2001–2002) and a notable performance in the series United States of Tara (2009–2011). In addition to acting, she explored music, releasing her album Finally Out of P.E. in 2005.

Her breakthrough role came in the independent drama Short Term 12 (2013), followed by supporting performances in The Spectacular Now (2013) and Trainwreck (2015).
