Bruce Straley, born on October thirtieth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a prominent American video game producer, designer, and television producer. His illustrious career began as an artist at Western Technologies Inc, where he contributed to the Menacer six-game cartridge in nineteen ninety-two and the X-Men game in nineteen ninety-three. Following this, he founded Pacific Softscape, where he worked as a designer on Generations Lost in nineteen ninety-four.
Straley's journey continued at Crystal Dynamics, where he took on the role of designer for Gex: Enter the Gecko in nineteen ninety-eight and later became the game director for Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko in nineteen ninety-nine. After leaving Crystal Dynamics, he joined Naughty Dog in the same year, where he initially worked as an artist on Crash Team Racing and the Jak and Daxter series from two thousand one to two thousand four.
His career at Naughty Dog saw him rise through the ranks, becoming co-art director for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune in two thousand seven and later being promoted to game director for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves in two thousand nine.
