Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Bruno Ecuele Manga

Bruno Ecuele Manga, born on July 16, 1988, is a distinguished Gabonese professional footballer who currently plays as a centre-back for Paris 13 Atletico in the French Championnat National. Renowned for his tough tackling and defensive prowess, Manga has made a significant impact in the world of football.

His career began with FC 105 Libreville in Gabon before he made the leap to Europe, joining Bordeaux in 2006. Although he primarily played for the club's reserve team and had a loan spell at Rodez, his time at Bordeaux was marked by limited opportunities, resulting in just one senior appearance before his release in 2008.

Following his departure from Bordeaux, Manga signed with Angers in Ligue 2, where he quickly established himself, making over fifty appearances in two seasons. His performances earned him a move to Lorient in 2010 for a transfer fee of two and a half million euros. At Lorient, he made his Ligue 1 debut and went on to play more than one hundred matches in France's top tier, eventually being appointed club captain for the 2012–13 season, a role he held until 2014.

In 2014, Manga transferred to Cardiff City for five million euros, where he spent four seasons and played a pivotal role in the team's promotion to the Premier League after finishing as Championship runners-up in the 2017–18 season. On the international stage, he made his debut for Gabon in 2006 and has since become the nation's most-capped player, representing his country in four Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.
