Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Bu Xiangzhi

Bu Xiangzhi, born on December tenth, nineteen eighty-five, is a prominent Chinese chess player who made history at a remarkably young age. In nineteen ninety-nine, he became the tenth grandmaster from China, achieving this prestigious title at just thirteen years, ten months, and thirteen days old, making him the youngest grandmaster in history at that time.

His exceptional talent was further highlighted in April two thousand eight when he, alongside fellow chess player Ni Hua, became one of the first Chinese players to surpass the two thousand seven hundred Elo rating mark, following in the footsteps of Wang Yue.

Bu's accolades include being crowned the Chinese champion in two thousand four. His contributions to the sport were instrumental in leading the Chinese team to victory, earning gold medals at both the two thousand fifteen World Team Chess Championship and the two thousand eighteen Chess Olympiad.
