Buffy-Lynne Williams, born on March twenty-seventh, nineteen seventy-seven, in St. Catharines, Ontario, is a distinguished Canadian rower. She is the daughter of former National Hockey League player Claire Alexander and began her rowing journey at the age of seventeen. Her passion for the sport quickly translated into remarkable achievements on the international stage.
Williams made her mark at the 2000 Summer Olympics, where she secured a bronze medal in the eights event. Her prowess continued to shine at the world championships, where she earned medals in Cologne, St. Catharines, and Milan in nineteen ninety-eight, nineteen ninety-nine, and two thousand three, respectively.
