Calamity Jane

Martha Jane Canary, born on May 1, 1852, is better known by her moniker, Calamity Jane. She carved out a remarkable niche for herself as an American frontierswoman, sharpshooter, and storyteller, leaving an indelible mark on the history of the American West.
