Callum McManaman

Callum McManaman, born on April 25, 1991, in Huyton, Merseyside, is an accomplished English professional footballer known for his dynamic play as a winger. Raised in Rainhill, he began his football journey in the youth ranks of Everton, where he honed his skills before making a pivotal move to Wigan Athletic in 2007 after his release.

McManaman made his senior debut for Wigan Athletic in 2009, quickly establishing himself as a key player. His standout moment came during the 2013 FA Cup Final, where he was named man of the match in Wigan's historic victory over Manchester City, securing a 1-0 win that etched his name in the club's history.

In January 2015, he took a significant step in his career by joining West Bromwich Albion for a transfer fee of four million seven hundred fifty thousand pounds. After a stint in the Premier League, McManaman ventured abroad, signing a two-year contract with A-League club Melbourne Victory on October 13, 2020, ahead of the 2020–21 season.

After a successful period overseas, McManaman returned to Wigan Athletic in June 2023, marking his third spell with the club. His journey reflects resilience and dedication, as he continues to contribute to the sport he loves.
