Camila Giorgi

Camila Giorgi, born on December 30, 1991, is a former professional tennis player from Italy, renowned for her aggressive playing style and powerful flat groundstrokes. Throughout her career, she was recognized as one of the hardest hitters on the tour, achieving a career-high singles ranking of world No. 26 on October 22, 2018.

Giorgi's journey in professional tennis began with her first ITF title in two thousand nine, leading to her Grand Slam main-draw debut at the 2011 Wimbledon Championships. She quickly made a name for herself by reaching the fourth round of Wimbledon in her second appearance at the tournament in two thousand twelve, marking her entry into the top one hundred of the WTA rankings.
