Carla MacLeod

Carla MacLeod, born on June sixteenth, nineteen eighty-two, is a distinguished Canadian ice hockey coach and a celebrated former member of the Canadian national women's hockey team. With a career that has spanned both playing and coaching, she has made significant contributions to the sport, showcasing her expertise and passion for ice hockey.

Currently, MacLeod serves as the head coach of the Czech national ice hockey team, where she applies her extensive knowledge and experience to develop and mentor players at the international level. Additionally, she is at the helm of the Ottawa Charge in the Professional Women's Hockey League, further solidifying her role as a leader in women's ice hockey.

In April twenty twenty-six, MacLeod made the difficult decision to step away from her coaching position with the Ottawa Charge for an undetermined period as she continues her treatment for breast cancer. Her resilience and dedication to both her health and her teams exemplify her character and commitment to the sport.
