Casey Dellacqua

Casey Dellacqua, born on February 11, 1985, is an accomplished Australian former professional tennis player who has transitioned into a successful commentator. Throughout her career, she made significant strides in both singles and doubles competitions, showcasing her talent on the WTA Tour.

In singles, Dellacqua achieved notable milestones, including semifinal appearances at the 2012 Texas Tennis Open and the 2014 Birmingham Classic. She also reached the quarterfinals at the 2014 Indian Wells Open and advanced to the fourth round at the Australian Open in 2008, as well as in 2014, and the US Open in the same year. Her impressive performance on the ITF circuit saw her secure twenty-two singles titles.

However, it was in doubles where Dellacqua truly shined. She clinched seven WTA Tour doubles titles and twenty-three ITF doubles titles, alongside a Grand Slam mixed-doubles title at the 2011 French Open. Her doubles prowess led her to the finals of all four major events, where she competed in seven finals from 2008 to 2017, although she did not capture a title in those events. Her most significant achievement in women's doubles came at the Premier Mandatory 2015 Madrid Open, where she partnered with Yaroslava Shvedova to claim victory.
