César Villanueva

César Villanueva, born on August fifth, nineteen forty-six, is a prominent Peruvian politician known for his significant contributions to the country's political landscape. He first gained recognition as the governor of the San Martín Region in two thousand seven, where he demonstrated his commitment to regional development and governance.

His political career saw a notable ascent when he was appointed as the prime minister of Peru by President Ollanta Humala on October thirty-first, two thousand thirteen. Villanueva's tenure as prime minister was marked by his affiliation with centre-left parties, reflecting his progressive political stance. He served in this capacity until February two thousand fourteen, and later returned to the role from April two thousand eighteen to March two thousand nineteen.
