Chacho (footballer)

Chacho, a notable figure in Spanish football, was born on April fourteenth, nineteen eleven, in A Coruña, where he also spent his final days. His career as an association football player was marked by significant stints at two prominent clubs: Deportivo de La Coruña and Atlético de Madrid.

From nineteen twenty-seven to nineteen thirty-four, Chacho showcased his talents at Deportivo de La Coruña before making a move to Atlético de Madrid, where he played from nineteen thirty-four to nineteen thirty-six. He returned to Deportivo, where he continued to make his mark until nineteen forty-six.

Beyond his playing days, Chacho transitioned into coaching, taking the helm at Deportivo de La Coruña. His contributions to the club and the sport have been commemorated with a statue erected in his honor, located near the iconic Riazor stadium.
