Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Chad Gable

Chad Gable, born on March 8, 1986, is a distinguished American professional wrestler and former amateur wrestler, known for his dynamic performances in WWE. Since signing with the organization in 2013, Gable has showcased his talents on the Raw brand, captivating audiences with his athleticism and charisma. He is also recognized for portraying the original incarnation of the masked luchador, El Grande Americano.

Before his professional wrestling career, Gable was a prolific amateur wrestler, representing the United States at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. His journey in WWE began in late 2013 when he joined the developmental branch, NXT. There, he formed a successful tag team with Jason Jordan, and together they captured the NXT Tag Team Championship as American Alpha.

Gable's ascent continued when he was called up to the main roster in 2016, where he and Jordan won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. After their disbandment in mid-2017, Gable teamed up with Shelton Benjamin and later transitioned to Raw during the 2018 Superstar Shake-up, forming a partnership with Bobby Roode. This collaboration led to Gable winning the Raw Tag Team Championship in December 2018, making him the second wrestler to hold the NXT, SmackDown, and Raw Tag Team Championships.

In January 2022, Gable achieved further success by winning the Raw Tag Team Championship for a second time alongside his Alpha Academy partner, Otis. In early 2025, he began portraying El Grande Americano, under which he won his first singles championship, the WWE Speed Championship. Although he faced an injury that led to Ludwig Kaiser taking over the role, Gable made a triumphant return as the original El Grande Americano on January 31, 2026, reigniting his rivalry with Kaiser.
