Chandler Stephenson, born on April 22, 1994, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is a talented Canadian professional ice hockey player currently playing as a forward for the Seattle Kraken in the National Hockey League (NHL). His journey in hockey began with the Saskatoon Flyers and the Saskatoon Contacts in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League, before he made a significant move to the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League.

Stephenson's impressive performance with the Pats caught the attention of NHL scouts, leading to his selection by the Washington Capitals in the third round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, where he was picked seventy-seventh overall. After a successful rookie season, he returned to the Pats for two additional seasons, where he excelled offensively, achieving career-highs in goals, assists, and points.

In 2014, he signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Capitals and was assigned to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Hershey Bears. Over the next two seasons, he honed his skills with the Bears, making his NHL debut on October 15, 2015.
