Chang Hye-jin

Chang Hye-jin, born on May thirteenth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a distinguished South Korean former recurve archer. She achieved remarkable success at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where she clinched gold medals in both the women's individual and women's team events. Her exceptional talent and dedication to the sport propelled her to the top of the World Archery Rankings, where she held the number one position from two thousand seventeen to two thousand nineteen.

Introduced to archery at the tender age of eleven, Chang made her international debut in two thousand eight. By two thousand ten, she had qualified for the senior South Korean national team, marking the beginning of a prolific career that spanned over nine years.
