Currently representing Italy alongside her partner Marco Fabbri, she has achieved remarkable success on the international stage.

Guignard's accolades include being a bronze medalist in the team event at the twenty twenty-six Olympic Games, as well as earning two World Championship medals. Her impressive collection of six European Championship medals, three of which are gold, highlights her prowess in the sport.
