Charles Bouchard

Charles Bouchard, born in nineteen fifty-six, is a distinguished retired general of the Royal Canadian Air Force. His extensive military career has seen him rise through the ranks, culminating in significant leadership roles that have shaped North American and NATO defense strategies.

Throughout his service, Bouchard held pivotal positions, including Commander of the 1 Canadian Air Division and the Canadian NORAD Region. His expertise in aerospace defense was further recognized when he served as the Deputy Commander of North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD), where he played a crucial role in safeguarding North American airspace.

In addition to his contributions to NORAD, Bouchard was appointed as the Deputy Commander of Allied Joint Force Command Naples, showcasing his strategic acumen in multinational military operations.
