Renowned for her exceptional skills on the court, she has made significant contributions to the sport, both as a player and a coach. Miller's career highlights include serving as a sideline reporter for NBA games on TNT Sports and as a reporter and analyst for NBA TV. Her previous roles also encompass sportscasting for major networks such as ABC Sports, TBS Sports, and ESPN.

As a player, Miller is widely regarded as one of the greatest women’s basketball players of all time. Her remarkable achievements were recognized in nineteen ninety-five when she was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts. Additionally, she was part of the inaugural class inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in nineteen ninety-nine, located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In recognition of her international success, Miller was inducted into the FIBA Hall of Fame on August twentieth, two thousand ten. Beyond her playing career, she also took on the roles of head coach and general manager for the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, further showcasing her dedication to the sport.
