Chloë Grace Moretz, born on February 10, 1997, is a talented American actress who began her career in the entertainment industry at a young age. She made her film debut in the horror movie The Amityville Horror in 2005, followed by notable appearances in the drama series Desperate Housewives from 2006 to 2007, and films such as The Eye and The Poker House in 2008. Her charm and skill shone through in the romantic comedy 500 Days of Summer and the children's comedy Diary of a Wimpy Kid, both released in 2010.

Moretz's breakthrough role came in 2010 when she portrayed the fierce Hit-Girl in the superhero film Kick-Ass, a performance that garnered her widespread recognition. She continued to impress audiences with her roles in Martin Scorsese's adventure film Hugo (2011) and Tim Burton's horror comedy Dark Shadows (2012).
