Chris Kyle

Chris Kyle, born on April eighth, nineteen seventy-four, was a distinguished United States Navy SEAL sniper renowned for his exceptional service during the Iraq War. Over the course of four tours, he earned numerous commendations for his acts of heroism and meritorious service in combat, claiming to have achieved one hundred sixty confirmed kills. His bravery was recognized with prestigious awards, including a Silver Star and four Bronze Star Medals with 'V' devices for valor.

After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy in two thousand nine, Kyle transitioned to civilian life and authored his bestselling autobiography, 'American Sniper,' which was published in two thousand twelve. The book not only chronicles his experiences as a sniper but also delves into the complexities of his life and service.

Tragically, in two thousand thirteen, Kyle's life was cut short when he was murdered by Eddie Ray Routh at the Rough Creek Lodge shooting range near Chalk Mountain, Texas.
