Chris Lindberg

Chris Lindberg, born on April sixteenth, nineteen sixty-seven, is a distinguished former professional ice hockey player from Canada. He is best known for his contributions to the Canadian ice hockey team during the 1992 Winter Olympics, where he proudly secured a silver medal.

Throughout his career, Lindberg showcased his skills in the National Hockey League (NHL), playing for notable teams such as the Calgary Flames and the Quebec Nordiques. His journey in the NHL also included a brief association with the Hartford Whalers. In a notable turn of events during the 1992 NHL expansion draft, Lindberg was claimed by the Ottawa Senators from the Flames, only to be traded back to Calgary shortly thereafter in exchange for Mark Osiecki.

Over the course of his NHL career, Lindberg participated in one hundred sixteen regular season games, where he demonstrated his offensive capabilities by scoring seventeen goals and providing twenty-five assists, totaling forty-two points.
