Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Chris Masters

Christopher Todd Mordetzky, born on January 8, 1983, is an accomplished American professional wrestler, widely recognized by his ring name Chris Masters. He has made a significant impact in the wrestling world, particularly during his tenure with WWE, where he was known as "The Masterpiece." Masters is a two-time National Champion in the NWA and has also showcased his talents in Impact Wrestling, where he performed under the name Chris Adonis, as well as in Qatar Pro Wrestling.

Masters began his wrestling journey after training in Ultimate Pro Wrestling, which paved the way for his development contract with WWE. He made his debut in WWE's Ohio Valley Wrestling in 2005, quickly capturing the attention of fans with his impressive physique and signature move, "The Masterlock," a full nelson hold. His early WWE career was marked by a captivating storyline centered around the Masterlock Challenge, where he invited fellow wrestlers to attempt to break his hold, offering prizes to those who succeeded.

The Masterlock Challenge gained popularity until it was famously broken by Bobby Lashley on March 20, 2007, leading to a turning point in Masters' career. After being released from WWE later that year, he spent two years on the independent circuit before making a triumphant return to WWE in 2009. His second stint lasted until 2011, after which he continued to make waves in the wrestling industry through various independent promotions, including Global Force Wrestling and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
