Chris Stapleton, born on April fifteenth, nineteen seventy-eight, is a celebrated American singer-songwriter and guitarist hailing from Kentucky. His journey into the music world began when he moved to Nashville in nineteen ninety-six to pursue an engineering degree at Vanderbilt University. However, his passion for music led him to drop out and sign a contract with Sea Gayle Music, where he began writing and publishing his own songs.

Throughout his career, Stapleton has made a significant impact on the country music scene, co-writing six number-one singles on the Hot Country Songs chart for renowned artists such as Kenny Chesney, Josh Turner, George Strait, and Luke Bryan.
