Christian Benteke

Christian Benteke, born on December third, nineteen ninety, is a prominent Belgian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Al Wahda in the UAE Pro League. His journey in football began at Standard Liège, where he contributed to their success in the 2008–09 Belgian First Division.

After a season at Genk, Benteke made a significant move to Aston Villa, where he was signed for a fee of seven million pounds. During his time at Villa, he showcased his scoring prowess, netting forty-nine goals in one hundred and one matches across all competitions.

In the summer of twenty-sixteen, Benteke transitioned to Liverpool, where he scored ten goals in a single season before joining Crystal Palace at the start of the 2016–17 season. His career has also seen him represent the Belgian national team, earning forty-five caps from his debut in 2010 until 2022.
