Christina Perri

Christina Perri, born on August 19, 1986, is a talented American singer-songwriter known for her emotive music and heartfelt lyrics. She first captured the public's attention in 2010 when her debut single, 'Jar of Hearts,' was featured on the popular television series So You Think You Can Dance. This exposure led to a signing with Atlantic Records and the release of her debut extended play, The Ocean Way Sessions.

Following her initial success, Perri released her debut studio album, Lovestrong, in 2011, which quickly gained acclaim and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Her ability to connect with listeners through her music was further solidified with the release of 'A Thousand Years,' a poignant love theme for the film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 in 2012.
