Chuck Person

Chuck Person, born on June 27, 1964, is a distinguished American former basketball player and coach, renowned for his impactful career in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Over the course of fourteen seasons, he showcased his exceptional skills on the court, earning the prestigious title of the 1987 NBA Rookie of the Year. His journey began at Auburn University, where he played college basketball for the Auburn Tigers, before being selected fourth overall in the 1986 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers.

During his six seasons with the Pacers, Person established himself as a formidable player, later continuing his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves, San Antonio Spurs, Charlotte Hornets, and Seattle SuperSonics.
