Clément Fecteau

Clément Fecteau, born on April twenty-third, nineteen thirty-three, in Sainte-Marie, Quebec, was a prominent figure in the Canadian Roman Catholic Church. His journey began with his ordination to the priesthood in nineteen fifty-seven, marking the start of a dedicated life in service to his faith and community.

Fecteau's ecclesiastical career flourished as he took on the role of auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Québec from nineteen eighty-nine to nineteen ninety-six. His leadership and commitment to the Church were further recognized when he became the diocesan bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière in nineteen ninety-six, a position he held until his retirement in two thousand eight.
